ATV Remote is a utility app for discovering, pairing with, and controlling compatible Android TV, Google TV, and Chromecast-enabled devices. Features may include remote commands, media keys, volume and power controls, text input, voice input, app shortcuts, and local media casting.
2. Compatibility
The App depends on device model, operating system version, local network configuration, TV firmware, Bluetooth support, Google Cast support, and permissions granted by you. We do not guarantee that every TV, streaming device, app, or command will be supported.

- Keep your phone, TV, and network configured securely.
- Do not use the App to interfere with another person's device, network, or media playback.

The App may interact with third-party devices, operating systems, app stores, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and casting services. Those third parties are responsible for their own products, services, terms, and privacy practices. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Intellectual Property
The App, website content, design, code, and related materials are owned by IVIK LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.
9. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVIK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, device functionality, media access, network availability, or profits arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
